A new municipal airport at Zhoushan in Eastern China required a
full set of aviation navigation aids and they were to be provided under
a Canadian foreign aid package. TATS personnel provided complete
services to the airport management for the procurement and installation of
aids. This included writing of specifications, issuance of requests
the navigation for bids, analysis of bids, supervision of factory testing, supervision
of installation teams, assistance during flight testing and extensive
training and mentoring of maintenance managers in creating a complete
maintenance program. |
